1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NJZ Wellness app and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Membership and Billing

Memberships are billed according to the tier selected (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). You may convert your plan at any time. Elite Personal Training sessions are billed additionally based on the specific trainer's rates.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our facilities, app, and services with respect for others. Harassment, disruption of classes, or violation of our gym policies may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
